Delete your account and data

App: Netruve (ai.netruve.astro) · Last updated 15 October 2026

Your birth details, charts and readings live only on your phone, so you can remove them yourself in a minute. The only thing we hold is a small account record (your sign-in email and a random ID). Delete account in the app erases that record and your profiles on the phone in one step.

1. Remove what is on your phone

  1. Open Netruve and go to the Profile tab.
  2. To remove one person, find them under Saved profiles and tap Delete.
  3. To remove everything, choose Sign out and tick Erase this account's profiles from this phone.
  4. Or, uninstall the app. Uninstalling removes the encrypted profile database and your settings.

If you saved an encrypted backup file yourself, delete that file too: it is stored wherever you put it.

2. Delete your account

Delete account erases your account everywhere at once: the account record on our server and your sign-in, and every profile saved under that account on the phone. Back up your profiles first if you want to keep them: after this they cannot be recovered.

On Android: in the app

Open Profile > Account > Delete account and confirm.

On iPhone: in the app

Open Profile > Account > Delete account and confirm. On iPhone this also deletes the iCloud backup for that account.

If you cannot open the app: by email

Use this only if the app is no longer on your phone or you cannot sign in. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject Delete my Netruve account, from the email address you use to sign in. Tell us which sign-in you use (email and password, Google, Microsoft or Apple). We will:

  • confirm that the request is from you;
  • erase your account record and your sign-in, normally within 30 days;
  • write back to confirm it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

DeletedKept, and why
Your sign-in email and provider link; the account ID; the key that proves the account is yours; your language and country setting; the consent dates. A one-way hash of the account's public key, so we can tell if the same key is registered again after deletion. It cannot be turned back into any detail about you. Anonymous daily counts that identify no one. Purchase records that the store (Google or Apple) must keep by law.

3. Subscriptions are separate

Deleting an account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Netruve Plus in your store account first: see how to cancel. Open Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions on Android, or Settings > your name > Subscriptions on iPhone.
